Our insulation material factory has a more than 10 years’ production history, after year 2018, the factory expanded production range, replaced most of the old machines & equipment, and introduced modern new advanced CO2 production line with wider range of production from 5mm to 150mm thickness, width up to 1220mm. We have also introduced related cutting and processing equipment in order to make different shape of insulation foam products and composite insulation panels.
In addition to the production of basic insulation foam products, we also have workshop to produce composite insulation panels such as XPS shower room products (Tile backer board, XPS shower tray, Shower niche, Shower curb), underfloor heating panels with aluminum foil or reflection sheet, other composite insulation panels with customized skin & coatings.
