How does your factory do regarding quality control?

--In order to keep our none compensation record, quality is our first priority. Kurtin People always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning of raw material sourcing to the end of production. Each batch of products will be tested with caution before packing and delivery.

What is your quality assurance policy?

--We are member of Alibaba Trade Assurance, which means all of our buyer's payment will be protected. Payment will be refundable if the product quality or delivery time does not meet the agreed terms. We can also sign the refund agreement with any of our buyer. The main purpose is not to refund the payment, because we understand the buyer need the good quality products, not the payment refunded and time wasted. But this is to prove that we are fully confident with the quality of our products.

Can I get samples before ordering?

--Yes for standard product, samples can be provided for you with free of charge, for non-standard product, please contact us for discussion.

How much the transportation freight will be for the samples?

--The freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area. Please contact us for detail informations.

Can we have our own logo or company name on your products or the package?

--Sure. Your logo or company name usually can printed on sticker and post on the package. If the sticker needs to be customized, you can send us the detail design.
